Culinary Competition Training

Chef Matarazzo is a seasoned International competitor.  He was Captain of the 2008 Regional Culinary Olympic Team which was the first US Regional team to win the World Championship in Erfurt, Germany defeating 62 teams from 32 nations.  He is a certified competitions judge and the lead advisor to The Untied States Military Culinary Olympic Team.  Whether you are preparing to compete on the world stage or just getting started, Chef Matarazzo will help you get to the top!
