What is the format of a typical coaching session?

Although a coaching session is a free form conversation, there is definitely a certain structure to it.  Generally, the client would arrive to each session with a specific item that they would like to address.  Questioning begins and the coach uses their training to identify the coachable opportunities.  At that point, the co-creative process really begins and strategies are developed and are generally assigned some kind of action plan.
